Membership is required for all instructors and coaches, if you have any rank at all then you are required to join.
There is a grace period of 3 months, if after that you do not join then your certificate is invalid. There must be an expiration date on your certificate. If necessary, Tonya will send you a new certificate. All you have to do is send your address to her and the rank of your certficate and she will send you a new on with updated info on it. To maintain your instructorship you are required to complete 20 hours per year with Erik. Erik recommends that you come to Orange County to train with his fighters or attend one of his annual training camps.
The fee for joining his association is $75 dollars annually.
